Introduction
HAPPY SUMMER! To celebrate the season, our ConveYour team has been hard at work developing some fantastic new updates to make your ConveYour experience even smoother.
We have added improvements to viewing learners in a group, new learner filtering options, a new way to update learner information directly from the learner portal, and a seamless way to show/hide lessons from learners.
If you don't have time to read this entire article, check out the overview video at the top of this blog 👆.
View Groups in a New Tab
View Groups in a New Tab
First, when you are adding learners to an automation, we’ve made it easier to view who is in which group. We have incorporated a new icon which opens up your roster in a new browser tab while you work on your automation. This way, you don’t have to worry about remembering which learners are in what group while creating automations. Your refresher is only a click away.
New Learner Filtering Options
We have introduced the ability to filter your learners according to when their contact was created. This is now an option available when you select a filter for your groups. This information will also appear on each learner’s contact profile.
Update Learner Info From the Portal
We have also introduced the ability to update contact information directly within the learner portal. You can create a field that allows them to update their email address, for example, without you having to manually open their contact information on the backend and change it yourself. It will look exactly the same as your training content for a truly seamless experience.
Easily Show/Hide Lessons in the Learner Portal
Hitting the “To Draft” button while editing a lesson will make it no longer visible in the learner portal. To make it visible again, just click the “Release” button in the same place on a lesson that has been turned into a draft.
Conclusion
Our summer updates are just like summer itself - short and sweet.
As always, if you have any questions or suggestions for future features, shoot us an email at [email protected]. Thanks for reading!
