Based on Score in Course/Campaign
Why Use Score-Based Automations?
With ConveYour's automation tools, you can create adaptive learning experiences that respond to participant performance. This allows you to:
Reward high-achievers with exclusive content or prizes.
Provide additional support to lower-scoring participants.
Automatically segment learners based on their engagement.
Step 1: Analyze Learner Scores
Before setting up the automation, review the Leaderboard to understand score distribution. This helps determine what score ranges should trigger different actions.
Example Score Ranges:
High Performers: ≥ 2500 points
Mid-Level Participants: 1000 – 2499 points
Low Scorers: ≤ 800 points
Step 2: Create an Automation to Tag High Scorers
Navigate to Main Menu > Automations and select New Automation.
Choose Add/Remove Tags, then click Create.
Name the automation (e.g., Tag High Scorers – Sales Training).
Click Create New Group to filter contacts based on score.
Step 3: Define Group Conditions
Set the filter to track learner performance:
Select Points Scored as the event.
Choose Greater than or equal to 2500 to include high scorers.
Set Count to "any value" (captures all participants meeting this condition).
Set When to "any value" (captures scores regardless of time frame).
Narrow the group to a specific course or campaign:
Click Add Field and select Campaign.
Set the condition to Campaign is [Course Name].
Click Save to finalize the group.
Step 4: Assign Tags to High Scorers
In the Automation Definition Panel, set the automation to run once per contact, but keep it active for a set duration (e.g., 30 days).
In the Action Panel, enter the tag name (e.g., highscore).
Click Review to verify the automation.
Click Launch if everything looks correct.
Step 5: Use the Tagged Group for Targeted Messaging
Once the group is created and tagged, you can:
Send a congratulations message via automation.
Provide rewards (e.g., a prize claim link).
Enroll high scorers in an advanced course or challenge.
By segmenting learners based on scores, you ensure they receive personalized feedback and opportunities based on their progress.
