Managing Contacts in Campaigns
Adding Learners to a Campaign
Step 1: Manually Add Existing Contacts
Navigate to Main Menu > Campaigns and select your Campaign.
Use search filters to find contacts based on attributes (e.g., job title, location, tags).
Select the contacts and click Add.
Note: Contacts immediately receive any confirmation messages set up in the campaign.

Step 2: Use Automations for Bulk Additions
If timing matters, use an automation to add contacts at a scheduled time instead of immediately.
Navigate to Main Menu > Automations > New Automation > Add to Campaign.
Name your automation, and select the Contact Group that the automation will apply to.

Optional:
Reset Campaign for Contacts: Reset Campaign progress for any Contact already enrolled in the selected campaign
Disable All Confirmations: Turn off Campaign confirmation notifications for learners when they are added to the Campaign.
Schedule the automation. Determine whether it will apply one time to all current contacts, or if it will also apply to contacts added in the future.

Can I Import New Contacts Directly into a Campaign Only?
No. Contacts in Campaigns are all also visible on the master list.
Viewing Learner Progress
Step 1: Check Individual Progress
Navigate to Main Menu > Campaigns > Campaign Setup > Contacts.
Click the three-dot menu next to a learner’s name.
Select View Portal to see their progress and completed lessons.
Click Show Progress to see a detailed breakdown of the learner’s engagement.
View an individual's overall progress, and how the individual performed on each question.
Go to Campaign Setup > Stats for an overview of all learners' progress.
