Send scheduled messages (text or email).
Apply or remove tags for better learner organization.
Connect to external apps using a webhook.
Sequencing Learning Programs
Read our FULL, DETAILED BREAKDOWN of Learning Program Sequencing >>
Method 1: Using an Arbiter Campaign (Centralized Control)
Create a separate "Arbiter" campaign that only manages course sequencing.
This campaign listens for learners completing specific courses and enrolls them in the next course automatically.
Best for complex learning paths where different learners may progress through different sequences.
More flexible—you can update course pathways without modifying individual course content.
Example:
A new hire completes an Onboarding Course → Automatically enrolled in Role-Specific Training.
A sales rep completes Product Training → Enrolled in Advanced Sales Tactics.
Method 2: Final Lesson Trigger (Course-Based Control)
The final lesson in a course includes an "Add to Campaign" trigger.
When a learner completes the last lesson, they are immediately enrolled in the next course.
Works best for strictly linear learning paths (Course A → Course B → Course C).
Simpler setup—ideal when learners always follow the same progression.
Example:
A learner finishes Module 1 → Automatically starts Module 2.
Completion of Safety Training → Enrolls them in Certification Exam Prep.
Which Should You Use?
If you need flexibility or manage multiple learning tracks, use Method 1.
If your courses follow a fixed sequence with no variations, use Method 2.
Tags & Webhooks
What Are Tags?
Tags help organize your contact list and track learner progress.
✔ Add a unique tag to everyone in a campaign to filter and track their progress.
✔ Use tags to segment learners for targeted messaging.

What Is a Webhook?
A webhook connects ConveYour to external applications, allowing you to:
Automatically add learners to an external CRM.
Trigger email marketing sequences based on campaign participation.
Sync learner data across platforms for better reporting.
By following these steps, you can structure, schedule, and enhance your learning program in ConveYour effectively.
