Step 1: Access Registration & Confirmation Settings

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Campaigns > Registration & Confirmation.ConveYour Campaign Registration and Confirmation.

Step 2: Customize Your Message

  • Keep the message short (under 160 characters) to avoid text fragmentation.

  • Use placeholders (e.g., {contact.first_name}) to personalize the message.

  • Include {{url}} to create a direct link to the learner’s portal.

Step 3: Save and Send

  • If the contact's mobile number is available, the system will send an SMS message first.

  • If the text fails to deliver, ConveYour will automatically send an email instead.

  • What if I don’t want to send a text?

    • To disable the welcome text, delete all text from the welcome text field.

    • If both text and email fields are empty, no automated message will be sent.Using Snippets and Placeholder in ConveYour Campaign welcome texts.

Sending a Welcome Email

Step 1: Set Up the Email Notification

  1. In Main Menu > Campaigns > Registration & Confirmation, locate the welcome email section.

  2. Enter a subject line (avoid spam-trigger words like “new” or excessive punctuation).

  3. Add custom body text to the email message.

  4. Add images or branding elements as needed.
