Campaign Stats and Learner Progress

Accessing Course Statistics

To check learner statistics in your course:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Campaigns and select or create your Campaign.

  2. Scroll down to find and select Stats.

Viewing stats and question results in a ConveYour Campaign.The Stats section provides an overview of your campaign’s progress, including:

  • Total number of participants in the course/campaign.

  • Leaderboard rankings, viewable by month or within the past year.

  • Engagement Funnel, which visualizes participant interaction.

Using the Engagement Funnel to Analyze Lesson Performance

How to Use the Engagement Funnel:

  • Click on any section of the engagement funnel to view detailed reports for individual lesson components.

  • You can analyze:

    • Lesson item performance (e.g., video watch stats, question responses).

    • Participation drop-off points, helping you identify areas where learners disengage.

    • Compliance-based course completion, ensuring 100% engagement when required.

Viewing Individual Learner Details

To drill down into learner progress:

  1. Click View Reports at the top of the Stats page.

  2. Choose from the following reporting options:

    • Campaign Performance – Opens a detailed report on overall campaign progress.

    • Answer Performance – Shows detailed responses to challenge questions.

    • Progress Drill Down – Opens a pop-up window with each learner’s progress percentage.Viewing Campaign + Answer Performance and the Progress Drill Down in ConveYour.

To view individual learner details, click on a participant’s name in the Progress Drill Down. This will show:

  • Their performance on each section of the course.

  • How they answered specific challenge questions.

  • Their overall completion rate.Campaign Progress Report in ConveYour.

Printing and Exporting Reports

Printing Reports

  • Lesson reports include a Print button at the top-right corner.

  • Click Print to preview the report and select your printer settings.Printing results in ConveYour.

Exporting Reports as PDFs

  • To save reports as PDFs, choose Print, then set the printer destination to Save as PDF.

  • This allows you to download and share the report with stakeholders.Saving results as a PDF.
