Changing or Resetting Your Password
If you need to change your password for security reasons or reset it because you can’t log in, follow these steps.
Resetting Your Password (If You Can’t Log In)
If you forgot your password or are having trouble logging in, you can reset it:
Go to your ConveYour login page: yourdomain.conveyour.com.
Click Forget Password? on the login screen.
Enter the email associated with your ConveYour account and click Reset My Password.
Check your email for a reset link (check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it).
Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
Changing Your Password (While Logged In)
If you’re already logged in and want to update your password:
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Account Settings.
Under User Profile, find the Change Password option.
Enter your current password, then your new password.
Click Submit to save your changes.
Your new password will take effect immediately.
