The Activity Feed provides a live view of how learners are interacting with your content, helping you track progress, engagement, and completion rates.
Where to Find the Activity Feed
You can access the Activity Feed in two places.
1. General Activity Feed (All Learners)
Navigate to Reports > Contact Activity & Event Feed
Displays all recent learner interactions, listed by event type and then by contact
Includes key activities such as:
Started lesson
Completed lesson
Answered a question
Recorded stats
Overall campaign progress
2. Individual Learner Activity Feed
Navigate to Main Menu > Contacts
Search for a learner
Open their profile
View their activity feed on the right side of their profile
Using the Activity Feed to Create Groups
You can group learners based on completed actions to trigger follow-up actions:
From the Activity Feed, cick on any event type (e.g., “Completed Lesson”)
Click View Group
The system automatically filters all learners who completed that event
Save the group and take actions such as:
Sending a congratulatory message
Rewarding learners who have completed a milestone
Enrolling them in the next course in a learning sequence
