An Introduction
Lessons Introduction
The Lesson Builder empowers you to create modular content that conveys key learning concepts using a variety of lesson items, including video, audio, interactive engagements, messaging, and files.
One of the biggest advantages of lessons is that you can reuse them across multiple campaigns or courses—build once, use multiple times.
Where Do I Find Lessons?
Accessing the Lesson Builder
Navigate to Main Menu > Lessons
Click New > Lesson
At this point, you can:
Create from Scratch – Build a new lesson from the ground up.
Start with Sample Content – Choose from pre-built templates designed to help you get started faster.
Lesson Objectives
If you start with sample content, you'll be prompted to select a lesson objective that aligns with your goal.
The Lesson Builder Canvas
Configuring Your Lesson
The Lesson Builder consists of two primary areas:
Lesson Items (Left Panel)
This panel includes various engagement formats such as videos, polls, challenges, and message-based content.
Lesson Stage (Right Panel)
Drag and drop lesson items from the left panel onto the lesson stage to build your lesson.

Managing and Organizing Lessons
Lesson Completion Estimates
Each lesson displays an estimated completion time in the lesson list.
The number of lesson items within each lesson is also shown.
This is useful for planning course structures and selecting lessons for inclusion in a campaign.
Lesson Folders
Organize lessons into folders for better course management.
Toggle between grid view or list view for easier navigation.
Reusing Lessons Across Courses
Once a lesson is built, it can be added to multiple courses (or campaigns).
Any modifications made to the original lesson will update all instances where it is used.
If you need a variation of an existing lesson, duplicate it instead of modifying the original.
Think of lessons as building blocks—lesson items form the foundation, while lessons themselves fit into larger campaigns.
Lesson Items/Engagement Formats
Below is a list of elements you can include in lessons! These are often referred to as "lesson items" or "engagement formats." You can learn more about them here.
