What Are ConveYour Messaging Reports?

Messaging Reports provide insights into the deliverability of messages sent through ConveYour, including campaign and lesson notifications, SMS & email automations, and group messages. The three main reports available are SMS Summary By Number, Sent Messages, and the SMS Delivery Dashboard.

SMS Summary By Number

This report provides an overview of texts sent from each user's texting line. It includes:

  • Number of texts sent

  • Number of texts delivered

  • Undelivered and failed messages

  • Incoming messages received

  • Number of unsubscribed contacts

This report is useful for tracking message volume and identifying potential delivery issues.

Sent Messages

The Sent Messages report shows the deliverability of texts sent via group messaging, automation, lesson notifications, or campaign notifications.

Viewing Detailed Message Data:

  • Click the right arrow next to the message preview to expand details.Getting more information on a ConveYour Sent SMS Message preview.

  • A pop-up module will display:

    • Time sent

    • Delivery status

    • Bounce details (if applicable)A breakdown of SMS text message information in ConveYour.

This allows you to track which learners received messages and troubleshoot any failed deliveries.

SMS Delivery Dashboard

Viewing the SMS delivery dashboard.The SMS Delivery Dashboard provides a detailed breakdown of SMS deliverability. It consolidates data from the Sent Messages and SMS Summary By Number reports for deeper analysis.

Included Data:

  • Message body

  • Date sent

  • Status (delivered, failed, etc.)

  • Message direction (inbound or outbound)

  • Sending number

  • Price (for accounts where SMS pricing is separate from the monthly subscription)

  • Error codes and error messages (if applicable)

This report helps monitor message performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SMS communication within ConveYour.
