Content Scheduling Considerations

When Should I Release My ConveYour Campaign?

When setting up a ConveYour campaign, you must decide whether content should be released based on when each learner joins or at a fixed schedule for all participants.

ConveYour offers several scheduling options for releasing lessons, messages, emails, challenges, and questions.

ConveYour campaign content release scheduling options.Option 1: Based on Individual Join Date

Choose this option to release content based on when a learner joins rather than a fixed campaign start date.

Example: Drip Campaign

  • Lesson 1 → Sent 1 day after joining.

  • Lesson 2 → Sent 2 days after joining.

  • Each learner progresses at their own pace, regardless of when they join.An example of how ConveYour automation and scheduling works.

Best For:

  • Ongoing enrollments.

  • Drip-fed courses where everyone follows the same flow, regardless of start date.

Option 2: Based on Campaign Start Date

Choose this option when all learners should receive content on the same schedule, regardless of when they join.

Example: Team Training or Event-Based Campaign

  • Message 1 → Sent 1 day after the campaign starts.

  • Message 2 → Sent 2 days after the campaign starts.

  • Late joiners catch up automatically.

Best For:

  • Live events where all participants must be on the same page.

  • Team training programs with structured pacing.

Note: ConveYour prevents late joiners from being overwhelmed with past messages, but this method should be used when most participants enroll around the same time.

Option 3: Release on a Specific Day

Choose this option to schedule content for a fixed date, independent of when learners join.

Example: Event-Driven Content

  • A polling question is sent one day before a live event.

  • A quarterly check-in is scheduled for January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.

  • A holiday message is released on December 25th.

Best For:

  • Scheduled events and time-sensitive content.

  • Pre-planned communications (e.g., company-wide updates).

Option 4: Release Immediately

Choose this option if content should be available as soon as a learner joins.

Example: Instant Access Content

  • A free welcome gift (e.g., video, PDF, training material) is delivered immediately upon sign-up.

  • Learners receive a confirmation message and next steps right away.

  • A full library of on-demand content is unlocked for immediate access.

Best For:

  • Self-paced courses where learners consume content at their own speed.

  • Lead magnets or freebies that should be delivered instantly.
