Resetting Participant Progress in a Campaign

Why Reset Progress?

Sometimes, learners in ConveYour need to be placed back at the beginning of a campaign in progress. This may be due to things like:

  • Learner Mistakes – If a participant misinterpreted a question or clicked the wrong answer, you can reset their lesson for a redo.

  • Testing the Course – If you're testing the learner experience, you may need to reset your test profile after updates.

ConveYour allows you to reset progress for learners in two ways:

  1. Reset a specific lesson for an individual.

  2. Reset the entire course/campaign for one or more learners.

Option 1: Reset a Specific Lesson for a Learner

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Campaigns and select your Campaign.

  2. Find the lesson you want to reset.

  3. Click the lesson’s context menu (3-dot menu).

  4. Select Reset for Contact.

  5. Use the filter to find the learner (must be enrolled in the course).

  6. Click Reset to trigger the lesson again for them.

Option 2: Reset Entire Course/Campaign for Learners

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Campaigns

  2. Select your Campaign and click Contacts.

  3. Find the learner you want to reset.

  4. Click the 3-dot menu next to their name.

  5. Select Reset Progress to restart their course from the beginning.

  6. You can also select multiple contacts by clicking the check box next to their name. Click Reset to bulk-reset campaign progress for all selected learners.
