Reviewing Video Uploads
What Is the Video Upload Feature?
Video Upload allows learners to record and submit videos as part of a training or onboarding lesson. This feature is useful for practicing presentations, sales pitches, or reflecting on experiences.

How Do I Access Video Uploads?
To enable the video upload feature, the account owner must request activation by:
Using the chat feature in ConveYour.
Emailing [email protected].
Note: This feature incurs an additional cost to your subscription and enhances learner engagement.
Adding a "Video Upload" Lesson Item
Navigate to Main Menu > Lessons and open or create your Lesson..
Locate the Video Upload item under Lesson Items.
Drag and drop the Video Upload item into the lesson editing area.
The feature is now active and ready for use.
Assigning Reviewers for Video Uploads
While editing the Video Upload lesson item, locate the "Reviewing Users" section.
Search for and select the user(s) you want to assign as reviewers.
Click Save.
Once saved, reviewers will receive an email notification when a learner submits a video.
The email includes a link to review the submission, provide feedback, and submit scores.
Reviewed and Pending Videos
Navigate to Main Menu > Campaigns and select your campaign.
Locate the lesson containing the Video Upload item.
Click the three dots to the right of the lesson title.
Select "Report" from the dropdown menu.
A lesson item report will appear in a pop-up window.
Click the "Video Upload" lesson item to view:
Reviewed videos
Pending (unreviewed) videos
