How to Review Video Uploads
How do I add the video upload feature to my ConveYour account?
To enable the video upload feature in your ConveYour account, the account owner needs to contact ConveYour Support. This can be done through the chat feature or by emailing [email protected].
Note: This feature comes at an additional cost to your monthly subscription and provides an excellent enhancement for learner engagement!
How do I add a "Video Upload" lesson item to a lesson?
Once the video upload feature has been enabled by the ConveYour Support team:
Go to the lesson editor.
Locate the "Video Upload" lesson item under the "pulsing" lesson item section.
Drag and drop the item into the lesson editing area.
The feature is now part of your lesson and ready to be used!
How do I assign users to review videos that have been uploaded?
While editing the lesson item...
In the "Reviewing Users" section, search for and select the desired user(s) to assign as reviewers.
Save the lesson.
Once saved, the assigned reviewers will receive an email notification when a video is submitted. This email includes a link to provide feedback and submit scores for the video.
How can I view reviewed videos and videos yet to be reviewed?
Navigate to the campaign’s content page and find the lesson containing the video upload item.
Click the three dots to the right of the lesson title.
Select "Report" from the dropdown menu.
A detailed lesson item report will appear in a pop-up window.
Click the "Video Upload" lesson item to view all submissions, including both reviewed and unreviewed videos.
