Campaign Reporting
What is Campaign Reporting?
Campaign Reporting provides a detailed breakdown of learner progress, answers, grades, points, and more. It consists of multiple individual reports to help you analyze engagement and performance within your campaigns.
Reports can be accessed from the Reporting tab or the Stats page in a campaign. The Stats tab also includes the Campaign Progress Drill Down for a more granular view of learner progress.
Campaign Performance Report
The Campaign Performance Report displays learner performance in a given campaign. Filters include campaign, group, and contact fields, and you can run the report on current contacts, archived contacts, or both.
Included Data:
Learner Name
Current Grade
Points Acquired vs. Max Points Possible
Last Lesson Completed (name and timestamp)
Estimated Overall Progress
Lesson Completion Progress
Number of Lessons Released, Started, and Completed
Individual Lesson Items Completed vs. Total Lesson Items
Campaign Progress Report
The Campaign Progress Report focuses on learner progress within a campaign. Filters include group and contact fields.
Included Data:
Estimated Overall Progress
Estimated Overall Grade
Number of Lessons
Number of Assigned Contacts
Number of Learners with Progress
Campaign Progress Drill Down
The Progress Drill Down report is available under the Stats tab in a campaign (View Reports section). It provides a simplified version of the Campaign Performance Report, displaying stats for each learner currently enrolled.

Progress Percentage
Number of Lessons Released
Number of Lesson Items Released and Completed
Grade
Points Acquired vs. Max Points Possible (based on learner’s place in the campaign)
Answer Performance Report
This report provides insights into learners’ responses to specific lesson items, including fill-in-the-blank and challenge questions.
Accessing the Report
There are two ways to review the Answer Performance Report.
Navigate to Main Menu > Reports > Questions > Answer Performance
Navigate to Campaigns > Campaign Setup > Stats > View Reports > Answer Performance

Number of Attempts
Time Completed
Corresponding Lesson and Campaign
